Refunds & Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, or unworn items in their original condition. To start a return, please contact us at sofakingcoffeeroasters@gmail.com with your order number.

 

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you need a different roast, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
